Come and See

Come and See takes place during Lent each year. It’s the Diocese of Oxford’s big, warm, open invitation to everyone for an adventure in faith and trust. It’s something for the local church and the whole community...

Come and See

This year Come and See is based around an exploration of The Beatitudes (Matthew 5:3-12 and Luke 6:20-23)

There are different ways to join in.

Sign up for Daily emails.

Register online for Come and See at oxford.anglican.org/come-and-see

Everyone who signs up will receive a daily email during Lent with a short, written reflection that you can also listen to if you wish. Each Sunday, you will receive a link to a short film from Bishop Steven.

If you don’t have email, you can buy a small booklet which covers similar material (cost £2)

Sign up for the weekly resources for families

Family groups can also sign up for a weekly email for households with primary-aged children. The materials are written to allow either an adult or child to lead and will help the whole household to encounter and engage with the Beatitudes throughout the week.

Join a midweek study group.

In the Benefice we will be running two groups.

Wednesday mornings at St. Mary Magdalen. Starting with worship at 10am. Beginning Wednesday 1st March
Thursday evenings at St George’s centre at 7.30pm.
Beginning Thursday 2nd March
